Warranty and Support

The P-LTE-450 comes with the Intelliport 1-year limited hardware warranty. With a contract for a technical service offering, Support and Maintenance Services are available (Intelliport Warranty Extension + Support Package, hereinafter “IWES Package”), providing benefits not included in the limited warranty, such as access to FW updates, warranty extensions and HW replacement.

Available IWES Packages for 3 or 5 or 7 years from delivery. (Only available if requested at the same time when the device is purchased.)

Technical Services

• HW replacement in case of failure. Dispatch to customer on the working day following the notification of failure. NBD advance hardware replacement - a return request can be submitted to taube@intelliport.hu
• FW bug fixes and patches
• 3 software releases per year at 4 month intervals
